Ltd. Mentekuno design office is the company which is designing and manufacturing the manufacture machine of various noodles.

CONCEPT

 Since the establishment in 1986,　our　corporation　has　designed　and　manufactureda　lot of processing
machines for making various types of noodles and hascarried out sincere maintenance of machines regardless our products or not. Though a small company,　all　members work　in　friendly atmosphere under following mottoes.

Staff message

 There　seem　to　be a lot of Japanese people who show boastly their own　opinions　about　“what udon,　soba or ramen noodles are the best”　or　“the　 best way of their serving”.
 Their opinions　are referred　to many characteristics　of noodles and soup, for example、 strength or toughness of noodles,　softness　or　hardness　of noodles, shapes and diameters　of　noodles, straight or curly noodles, feelings when noodles passing the throat, fitness between noodles and soup,,　kinds of soup, transparency and body of soup, kinds of topping foods etc etc..
 This means that the wide varieties of food culture on udon,　soba　and ramen noodles have been cultivated and established among Japanese people through a long history.
 The　companies　manufacturing　the　noodle　making machineries, therefore, have had　seriously difficult subjects,　how to manufacture machines with not only efficiency for mass production, but also with functions for making noodles fitting tasty of Japanese people.
